On Saturday March 3, 2018 at the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA), four of our newest Old Boys (all from the 2017 cohort) were welcomed as future leaders at The Chief of the Defence Force Parade. The parade was attended by the Chief of the Defence Force, Air Chief Marshal Mark Binskin AC and the Deputy Prime Minister of Australia, Michael McCormack. Joined by family and friends, the annual parade represents the completion of the first five weeks of initial training for Year One Midshipmen and Officer Cadets as they transition to military life. By all reports the parade certainly was spectacular and included a flyover from three F/A-18 Hornet jets, followed by a very low flyover from a Royal Australian Air Force C17-Globemaster III.
